Dear Readers,

“Happy New Year for Us”. Today’s edition of prospect, it is not excessive if we all express happy New Year one another because, now we are in the new year of 2005. Beside that we also don’t forget to say prize be to God for His blessing that enable us to finalize the year of 2004 safely and perfectly.

We keep on praying to the God ask for His Help in order to pass the new year just only under his blessing. And also ask for his help in order we can do all of our jobs, plans, and struggle successfully along the year of 2005.

Above of all, we also don’t forget to pray to our God, to ask His special blessing for our sister and brothers in Aceh and North Sumatera as the victim of natural disaster. May peace and God blessing always be unto them.

he most important thing to be healthy, healthy body is very precious; many people said health is more important than any treasure in the world.

These, are the tips of healthy life style:

Keep your weight. People who have a normal weight is little possibility attacked by deceases
Eat fruits and vegetables. Fruits and green vegetables are very profitable to protect us from any diseases
Keep away from fat and consume low fat milk, is a good source of calcium and vitamin D
Avoid consuming sugar and salt so much it can caused hypertension and osteoroposis
Do some exercise regularly
Having a rest 7-8 hour per day

One man has problem with his body and his body is quiver. He goes to the doctor to check up his body spread all over, after waiting for a long time, the doctor comes out while bringing an examination result :

Pak Suwar, is actually widely known by everyone who ever studies at SMKN 1 Samarinda, especially for those whose mayor is Selling. For the student of Selling Department, Pak Suwar is known as a cheer teacher and very closed to the students. He always greats his students by smiling, eventhough, he still keeps the distance with the students. He is very familiar, with his students, so that his students always respect him condition, can support him in conducting the classroom management when he is teaching. “We should strive to make our students as a partner in teaching-learning process. We should make them not only the object of learning, but also the subject of learning”. This situation, should be occur in our daily teacher-learning process; because it is related to the implementation of our new curriculum, 2004 edition i.e. Competency Based Training (KBK in Bahasa Indonesia).

Besides being a cheer teacher, Pak Suwar is also known as a flexible person in teaching-learning process. He is able to create the climate of learning which can support his students to learn, and do their activities. He tries to make them as an entrepreneur in the future by learning hard, doing something seriously, and mastering something new, especially in selling activity that’s why, He always reminds the students to be able to see all opportunities which can product money. “For example; when there is a game in our school, it is the gold opportunity, because the player need something to drink. At the time, we should catch that opportunity by selling the drink, like fresh water, soft drink and also some snacks. Which are badly needed by the player, the main thing of this, is the students, in this case, the selling students should know, how to make money from every opportunities. Because, however, indeed, not only, time is study, but also time is money”, expressed Pak Suwar.

Pak Suwar is right now, interested in learning English so much. He always strives to speak English with the English teacher of SMKN 1 Samarinda, even though, there are still many mistakes he makes, but a positive thing is. He has made a progress step in his daily life. In his opinion, learning a language is to learn how to speak, not only writing. So, when some can understand what we are saying, go a head, don’t worry. “No body is perfect”, he finalizes his commend about learning English.

Pak Suwar would like to great the Prospect readers, that: “We have to speak English now don’t put off until tomorrow”. Because it is very important for our life. Don’t care about the grammar. The grammar will come when we perfectly speak English. May God bless you. Have a nice try!.

I am sure that all of you have known abut soft drink, but do you know that consumes soft drink to much be good for our healthy?

Some of the experts have researched the impact of soft drink; there are 3 ingredients which disturb our healthy:

Generally soft drink uses sugar in large amount, which can increase our weight fast. It can cause less of nutrition because of sweet taste which is contained in it. It cause satisfy feeling and we have no appetite. Besides, soft drink delays the nutrition which is very important for our body. The reserve of protein, Grease, and mineral in our body will be taken for burning that stock of sugar. Because soft drink doesn’t contain another nutrition except calorie.

Coffeine almost found in the soft drink. Too much caffeine cause irritation for our stomach people who drink to much usually complain because of maag the high of high degree of caffeine in the blood will increase cholesterol which circulate in the blood. So that increase amount of sugar in the blood.

Soft drink is mode from extra ingrediants among others preservation, this ingredients is used to depend soda. Meanwhile the danger soda is contained. In soft drink is reduce the ability of leucosit to destroy infection bacterial.

Therefore, don’t consume soft drink to much, Thanks, may it can a benefit advantage for all of us.
